The people in your circle influence how you grow—or stagnate. Finding professional colleagues to sharpen you has added challenges in days of COVID, when your spouse and your dog may be the only living things you see from day to day. Suneel Gupta writes in Fast Company: “We’d be better served by going to a variety of people who can help us see things in new ways.
