Though we live in a digital age, many leaders in academia are not tapping into its power to connect with their constituents. When Scott Miller was appointed president of Bethany College he resolved to intentionally engage on social media. Miller joined forces with our own Dr. Marylouise Fennell and the two crafted a robust strategy across multiple platforms. The strategy has yielded great results. One of the keys, they found, was understanding which audience to reach with which platform.
