Five Questions to Ask Your Interviewer to End on a High Note

In an

interview, you’ll be answering most of the questions. When your interviewer opens the floor to you at the end of your meeting, it’s your chance to seal a positive impression and set the tone for your next interaction. Your questions should demonstrate that you’ve come prepared and are engaged in the process. You also want to facilitate dialogue with your interviewers. Here are a few of our favorites:

  1. “What do you like most about working here?”

  2. “What is the biggest challenge of this position?”

  3. “How has this position evolved over time?”

  4. “How will you measure success for this position?”

  5. “If I have more questions, whom should I contact?”
